Dennis E. Shamlian, D.D.S. is committed to helping clients finance their dental needs. We don't believe the cost should prevent you from getting the care you and your family need. Over the past 30 years we have worked hard to provide our Patients with alternative payment options. As a courtesy to our patients, we can bill most PPO Dental insurance plans to get you a reimbursement on your dental treatment.
Our Payment Plans Include the following:
- 6-Month Deferred Interest-Free Payment Plans For Treatment Fees Costing $300 And Up
- No Interest If Paid Within The Specified Time Period
- No Prepayment Penalty
- Minimum Monthly Payments As Low As 3% Of The Balance
- Can Be Used For Ongoing Care Without The Need To Reapply
Extensive Payment Plan
- For Treatment Fees Costing $1,000 To $25,000
- More Time To Pay
- Convenient Fixed, Monthly Payments
- No Prepayment Penalty
- Low Interest Rate, 48-Month Term

If your dental insurance provider does not appear below, we would be happy to find out if your insurance company will cover work done here at the office. We are not a Preferred Service Provider for the insurance companies listed below, and we are not contracted as an HMO provider for any plan.
We do not accept Medi-cal, Denti-cal or Cal Viva.
Our experienced Insurance processing staff and financial secretary will be happy to work with your insurance company to secure your dental benefits.
